Newfire is seeking an Enterprise AI Product Manager to lead client engagements and AI solution development across diverse business functions. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to translate their operational challenges into AI-powered solutions while identifying reusable platform components that scale across multiple implementations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years experience in enterprise technology product management or consulting
  • Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise systems, and data workflows
  • Experience with AI/ML product development and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Proven track record managing complex B2B technology implementations
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and enterprise compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred:
  • Domain expertise in specific industries (healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, professional services)
  • Experience with specific business functions (marketing operations, customer success, compliance, operations, finance)
  • Background in clinical data management, marketing analytics, lead scoring systems, customer journey mapping, or similar data-intensive domains
  • Product management certification or formal training
  • Understanding of process automation and operational efficiency methodologies
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
  • Technical background or ability to engage in architectural discussions

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to define AI solution requirements and success metrics
  • Translate business workflows, operational processes, and strategic objectives into AI product specifications
  • Evaluate off-the-shelf AI tools and platforms, making strategic build vs. buy recommendations
  • Design custom AI implementations integrating commercial tools with bespoke solutions
  • Manage enterprise client relationships throughout project lifecycle, setting expectations around AI capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to create reusable platform components that improve delivery efficiency
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
  • Own solution validation with business stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop go-to-market positioning for AI solutions and contribute to business development
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining focus on business outcomes
