Newfire is seeking a  Enterprise Data Scientists 

What's the Project?
 We're seeking an Enterprise Data Scientist to lead exploratory analysis and model development for AI implementation projects. You'll work with unstructured documents, enterprise data, and business processes to build predictive models that drive automated decision-making and process optimization.






You’re a perfect match if you have:
  • 3+ years experience with enterprise or business data analytics
  • Strong statistical modeling background (Python/R, scikit-learn, statistical methods)
  • Experience with unstructured text data and document analysis
  • Proficiency in data privacy techniques including synthetic data generation and anonymization
  • Experience working with distributed teams and secure data handling protocols
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data processing
  • Understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related field





Your day-to-day activities:
  • Perform deep exploratory data analysis on unstructured documents and enterprise datasets
  • Build predictive models for business process automation, content classification, and decision support
  • Analyze patterns in business documents, customer interactions, and operational data
  • Create data quality frameworks and synthetic datasets to enable secure global development
  • Develop statistical models for optimization, forecasting, and anomaly detection
  • Validate business rules and decision logic against real-world data patterns
  • Collaborate with domain experts to ensure models align with business objectives
  • Present findings to business stakeholders and translate technical results into actionable recommendations
