Main goal: to help start an office in Costa Rica, organize HR processes, and bring many good people to Newfire Global Partners
You Perfectly Match If you have:
- 1+ years of commercial experience in human resource activities such as hiring, on-boarding, training, appraisal, compensation, and developing employeesÂ
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, spoken and written
- Ability to fill as minimum 2 positions per month of Middle and Senior level
- Interviewing skills
- Good communication and organization skills
- Proficient chatting and mailing skills
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in linguistics of philology field of study
Your day-to-day activities:
- Conducting job and market analyses
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, and Github)
- Recruiting job candidates using different sourcing techniques
- Interviewing and selecting job candidates
- Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Onboarding and training new employees
- Providing and managing incentives and benefits
- Conducting Performance appraisals
- Building employee relations, development, and engagement
- Closing interaction with the Marketing team
