We are passionate about the purpose-driven mission to help improve the quality of care for patients and are building a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture. We are a fully funded company founded by serial entrepreneurs with a stable client base.
Our client is a large US-based company from the healthcare market. We are starting a multi-phase project focusing on replacement of the clinical and data platform, replacing the current system. The work will be concentrated on delivering a flexible and configurable workflow solution. You will work in a mid-size team (20-40 people), predominantly based in Central Europe, with a client in the United States. This will be an exciting, greenfield project in a highly demanding but also rewarding environment of modern healthcare, based on cloud architectures, in data-driven and AI-enhanced environment.
You will serve as the Automation QA Architect, responsible for defining, architecting, and implementing the end-to-end automation strategy. This hands-on leadership role begins at the project's inception, requiring you to build the entire AQA framework from the ground up. You will work closely and iteratively with Front-End, Back-End, UX/UI, and Data Engineering teams throughout the specification, development, and delivery life cycles. The initial phase involves the design and implementation of a robust, scalable, and maintainable automation framework tailored to the application's architecture. As feature development matures, you will integrate and mentor manual Quality Assurance engineers, transitioning the team into a mature, automation-first QA function and ensuring a smooth progression from manual to automated testing coverage.
