The candidate will own the overall quality strategy, connecting the unit, API, E2E, L&P
test suites to form an overall quality architecture. The goal is to eliminate manual
testing and switch to automated test suites entirely. In addition, decrease the release
tail to a few minutes/hours, i.e., deployment of the entire OPI release will happen
minutes or hours after any code change.

You Perfectly Match If you have:

● 5+ years of commercial experience as QA
● Proven experience in leading a team of engineers
● In-depth knowledge of test automation approaches and procedures
● Experienced with C# programming language
● Practical experience with creating API and UI level tests
● Experience converting existing regression test suites to fully automated test
suites
● Automating and introducing test coverage for mobile applications and standard
.Net and .Net core applications
● Hands-on experience of different testing methods, techniques, and types
● Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
● Experience with WEB, API and DB testing
● Hands-on experience in collecting efficient QA metrics
● Ability to create gap analysis and a remediation plan
● Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team, attention to details
● Proficient in spoken and written English
● Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills

Your day-to-day activities:

● Create overall quality strategy for OPI, connecting the unit, API, E2E, L&P test
suites to form an overall quality architecture
● Analyze and report test execution results and test coverage metrics
● Investigate issues with automation test scripts and follow-up. This includes
creating new defect tickets, repairing automated tests, and working with DevOps
to resolve environment issues
● Organize and manage test design and implementation tasks
● Review product requirements to identify when requirements are missing,
incorrect, or lack clarity
● Communicate test status, issues and risks to deployment
● Work with software development and project management to troubleshoot
issues, manage change and mitigate risk
● Work collaboratively with team members and peers to complete sprint
assignments and produce high quality software
