Middle Strong/Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are collaborating with a healthcare startup specializing in providing top-notch care and in-house visits to patients with chronic (kidney) diseases. Our team is currently focused on two key products:

1. Patient 360: A dashboard for clinicians that provides a holistic overview of patient data by combining different sources (e.g., Athena EMR, Salesforce)
2. Patient Portal: A patient-centered website that will evolve into a fully authenticated portal.
3. Both products are hosted on Azure and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.

• C# Programming Skills: Strong experience in C# is essential
• ASP .NET CORE API: Proficiency in developing and maintaining APIs.
• Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure
• Service Management, App Services, and the management of resources and resource groups
• YAML Pipelines: Expertise in publishing and managing configurations through YAML Pipelines
• CI/CD Mastery: Extensive experience in implementing CI/CD Pipelines, Build and Release Pipelines through YAML
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in DevOps roles, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in Agile/Kanban frameworks
• Experience in building a secure infrastructure

• HIPPA Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPPA compliance is a significant plus
• Service Integrations: Experience with working with Salesforce and/or Athena EMR is highly desirable
• Azure DevOps Certification: Any certification related to Azure DevOps will be an added advantage

Day-to-Day Activities

• Environment Management: Oversee and optimize Azure-hosted environments for high availability and fault tolerance
• Pipeline Management: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, build and release pipelines using YAML
• Compliance Checks: Ensure all solutions and processes are HIPAA-compliant
• Backend Support: Occasionally assist the development team with coding and system integrations
• Resource Management: Handle Azure Service Management, resource, and resource groups effectively
