This role reports to the Chief Corporate Development, leading Marketing and Brand Strategy, will guide the evolution of Newfire’s marketing into a high-performing, data-driven growth engine.  This role emphasizes strategic leadership and vision to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and measurable ROI across B2B channels. It will strengthen Newfire’s market position through clear messaging, strategic partnerships, and consistent brand storytelling that supports business growth and reputation. This position defines how Newfire shows up in the market by uniting strategy, creativity, and accountability to elevate both brand and business impact.
You’re a Perfect Match If You Have:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in HealthTech.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Canva, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to track budgets, spend, and ROI.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Regulatory knowledge to ensure compliance with healthcare marketing standards and regulations.
Role & responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
  • Develop and execute an 18-month integrated marketing plan aligned with growth, retention, and brand equity goals.
  • Manage and track annual marketing budgets tied directly to measurable ROI and departmental attribution metrics.
  • Implement and refine a marketing ecosystem leveraging a tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Twain, Clay) to enhance automation, nurture journeys, and campaign insights.
Brand & Thought Leadership
  • Lead the execution of Newfire’s corporate brand strategy through consistent B2B storytelling that highlights expertise, innovation, and partnership.
  • Source and manage executive speaking engagements, media opportunities, and industry collaborations to amplify thought leadership and credibility.
  • Build and maintain a messaging stratification framework, including talk tracks and value propositions tailored by audience and business unit.
  • Partner with internal experts to transform insights into compelling content that supports business development and reinforces brand positioning.
Campaigns & Content Execution
  • Lead account-based and strategic partner marketing initiatives with defined KPIs for engagement, pipeline growth, and brand reach.
  • Oversee multi-channel content delivery—digital (e.g., ad placement, external content syndication, owned sites), SEO, and social—leveraging the existing marketing team for execution and optimization.
  • Align all marketing activities to measurable conversion goals and audience engagement metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with business development to align go-to-market activities and ensure consistent messaging across sales and marketing.
  • Influence client engagement strategies by leveraging thought leadership and strategic campaigns.
  • Support B2C talent marketing initiatives that showcase Newfire’s culture and expertise as an extension of the corporate brand.
  • Highlight CSR and community engagement selectively as differentiators that strengthen brand trust and reputation.

Measures of Success (Within 1 Year)

  • Documented marketing-attributed pipeline and revenue growth.
  • 20%+ increase in inbound inquiries and qualified leads within 12 months.
  • 3–5 high-quality executive speaking or media opportunities secured for the next fiscal year.
  • Completion of a unified messaging framework and 18-month marketing roadmap.
  • Fully integrated marketing tech stack for automation, tracking, and ROI reporting.
The Offer
Newfire Global is committed to consistent compensation practices across our organization. Total compensation for this role is market driven, with a salary of $170,000 to $190,000. Base pay is ultimately determined based on a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision coverage, health spending accounts, voluntary benefits, leave of absence policies, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) program with employer contribution, Flexible work schedules and time-off policy, as well as company equipment for all new full-time US-based remote employees.
