What's the Project?

This heatlhcare client works in the field of providing assistance to the senior citizens. We support their work by providing application for the community health workers that are visiting their patients (customers) on site.

Senior MQA would go beyond traditional manual testing: the data component is included (hence knowledge of SQL is expected) and strong organizational, client-facing and teamwork skills are required.

You’re a perfect match if you have:

Senior MQA engineer, 5+ years of experience
Experience with different test techniques and tools
Practical knowledge of SQL and data testing
Experience with test case management (Browser stack) and defect management tools (JIRA)
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Strong understanding and experience working in Agile environment
Good teamwork skills

Nice to have:

QA Lead experience
Team lead experience
Experience of using AI tools in QA

Your day-to-day activities:

Requirement analysing, discuss, refine and clarify acceptance criteria
Estimation of QA tasks and timeline tracking
Create, prepare and maintain test cases
Execute test runs (Functional, end to end, UI, smoke, sanity, exploratory and regression testing)
Writing quality defect reports, analyze and manage them to closure
Daily communication with QA, Dev, BA and Product team
Actively participate in planning, refining and drilling new work with the product team
Evaluate potential risks with multiple features in development simultaneously
Come up with improvement recommendations
