Our client is a leader in providing affordable health care to a wide array of patients. You will work on a web application that will serve patients needs, allow them easier and faster access to necessary healthcare treatments and fasten up the process of approving healthcare insurance. Besides technical challenges laid in front you, you will also work on a project with a significant social impact.

You’re a perfect match if you have:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Delivery Lead, or Agile Process Engineer
Prior hands-on experience as a software developer or engineer (any modern language — e.g., C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript)
Deep understanding of Agile and Lean frameworks — especially Scrum and Kanban (including cycle time, throughput, and flow metrics)
Solid grasp of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and software release processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product)
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate between technical and business stakeholders
Experience managing and coaching 2 or more Agile teams
Proven ability to identify and remove technical and process impediments
Strong command of team performance metrics (velocity, lead time, defect trends)
Background in cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Understanding of microservices architecture, API integrations, and DevOps practices

Your day-to-day activities:

Partner with engineering teams practicing Kanban and Scrum to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality features
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement) with a focus on technical deliverables
Work closely with developers to understand blockers such as environment issues, dependencies, or build failures
Use Jira dashboards and metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth release and deployment cycles
Ensure alignment between architecture, development, and QA teams
Proactively communicate technical risks and dependencies to the Program Manager and leadership
Support the adoption of engineering best practices — automated testing, code review discipline, CI/CD integration
Coach the team on SDLC maturity, Agile craftsmanship, and flow efficiency
Foster an environment of technical excellence, accountability, and innovation
