Besides technical challenges laid in front of you, you will also work on a project with a significant social impact.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while serving as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams. This role focuses primarily on business and process analysis, user story creation, and driving delivery excellence within an Agile environment—partnering closely with technology teams to ensure solutions align with healthcare operational needs
You’re a perfect match if you have:
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Hands-on experience delivering business analysis in the US healthcare industry (health plans, care management, value-based care).
  •  Knowledge of secure documentation practices and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  •  Understanding of accessibility and compliance considerations within healthcare applications.
  •  Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  •  CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis certification is a plus.
  • Ability to mentor junior analysts and lead requirements workshops with confidence.
  •  Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  •  Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.
  •  Proactive ownership of requirements quality, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for software development teams.
Strong command of Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience operating in sprint-based delivery environments.
  • Deep expertise in business process analysis and documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Azure, Jira, and Confluence for backlog management, requirements documentation, and sprint tracking.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and the ability to engage meaningfully with technical teams on integration requirements.
  • Familiarity with data analysis concepts and the ability to interpret reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating UAT cycles, test case reviews, and defect triage.
Your day-to-day activities:
  • Lead end-to-end business process analysis, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across clinical and operational workflows.
  •  Elicit, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
  •  Translate business requirements into clear, well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for development and engineering teams.
  •  Own and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and Project Managers, ensuring stories are refined and sprint-ready.
  •  Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps (e.g., BPMN, swim lane diagrams) to support stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
  • Partner with QA teams to ensure acceptance criteria are testable and support UAT planning and execution.
  • Serve as a subject matter liaison for healthcare workflows, including care coordination, member management, or value-based care operations.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, contributing to team documentation standards and best practices.

Nice to have:
  • Exposure to healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD/CPT coding.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems or care management platforms.
