What's the Project?

The project focuses on strengthening the company’s recruitment capabilities across the US and LATAM markets. The Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles, working closely with US stakeholders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.


The role involves building strong talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will also contribute to refining recruiting strategies while maintaining strong speed-to-hire metrics without compromising candidate quality.





You’re a perfect match if you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably hiring for senior-level or technical roles.
  • Proven experience recruiting in the US and LATAM markets, working directly with US-based stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms such as GitHub or Stack Overflow.
  • A solid understanding of the IT market and technology stacks, allowing you to effectively evaluate candidates and understand hiring needs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong speed-to-hire metrics and candidate quality.
  • Experience maintaining and organizing candidate pipelines and working with ATS or recruitment tools to track candidate progress.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency and the ability to communicate confidently with international teams.
  • A proactive mindset with strong time management, organization, and collaboration skills.






Your day-to-day activities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for senior-level positions across the US and LATAM markets, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the offer stage.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategies.
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, building and maintaining strong pipelines of both active and passive talent.
  • Conduct recruiter screenings to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.
  • Coordinate interview processes, schedule interviews with stakeholders, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track candidate progress in the ATS and keep internal databases and pipelines updated.
  • Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the US and LATAM markets.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to share best practices, improve sourcing strategies, and maintain strong speed to hire while ensuring candidate quality.
  • As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company.
