This SR Sourcer will be working closely with Latam and US Recruitment Manager, and supporting three SR Recruiters. The perfect candidate should have strong technical sourcing expertise, a commitment to continuous improvement, and an analytically strategic mindset. We aim for the ability to foster trust and inspire relationships with candidates, ensuring effective pipeline building and maintenance.

You’re a perfect match if you have:

Proven work experience of +4 years as an IT Talent Sourcer.
B2+ English Proficiency (other languages are a plus).
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, parsing and scrapping data).
Experience with sourcing all over LATAM and US.
Experience using an ATS.
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
Effective time-management abilities.
Data and deadline-driven approach and good prioritization skills.
Creative mind, able to come up with an unconventional strategy for building a talent pipeline.
Candidate experience guardian.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Your day-to-day activities:

Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, and Github).
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired.
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
Maintain candidate databases.
Constantly investigate new ways, tools and sources of candidates.
Own Linkedin job posts and help filter applicants.
