We are looking for a highly motivated, multitasking, and people-oriented Senior HR Generalist to join our super friendly and professional team. Your goals are to support the HR processes in our fast-growing company, help spread our culture and values globally, and be there for team members at all times.

You Perfectly Match If you have:

3+ years of experience in HR (Learning and Development, Analytics)
Experience with supporting and implementing HR processes
Ability to assist in composing and implementing HR policies
Familiarity with compensation benchmarking or performance management
High level of self-organization and multitasking
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to be a team player and work independently
B2+ level of English (verbal and written)
Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
Ability to work closely with people
Experience with marketing and event management teams is a plus
Focus on employee engagement and retention
Creative thinking and ability to propose and implement ideas
Familiarity with HR CRMs (BambooHR, PerformYard, etc.) is an advantage

Your day-to-day activities:

Collaborate with team members throughout their lifecycle in the company

Support the implementation of relevant HR processes in our fast-growing company

Assist in composing and publishing relevant HR policies

Onboard and collaborate with the HR team globally

Support team members and their managers in career path development

Develop new ideas to enhance team member engagement

Utilize various analytics to improve HR processes and support employee retention

Communicate with and train managers on company processes and goal setting
